Our Story
Mohr Construction started in 2004 as a family business with a straightforward approach: show up, communicate, do the work right, and let the results speak for themselves.
Over 20 years later, that approach hasn't changed — but the business has grown. What started as a small crew taking on local projects has become a team of 15+ skilled craftsmen specializing in the most complex, high-end remodels in the Folsom and Sacramento area.
We've never run an ad. Never hired a sales team. Every project we've ever taken on came from a referral — someone who trusted our work enough to recommend us to their family, their friends, their neighbors.
We're not for everyone. We focus on large-scale, high-end projects for homeowners who value quality over the lowest price. If you want exceptional results and a contractor who keeps you in the loop, we're your team.
Our Team
Trades rotate depending on what a project needs. The person accountable for it never does.
Owner & Lead Contractor
Family-owned since 2004 and built entirely on referrals. Donny personally oversees every project — he is the one who scopes your job, runs your crew and answers your call.
Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tile and finish work are each handled by a tradesperson who does that one thing all day.
Donny sets the scope, walks the work and signs off on it. The standard does not change with whoever is on site that week.
Regular progress updates: what got done, what is next, and anything that needs a decision from you. You will not have to chase us.
